Terms and Conditions for Advertising

1. The liability of the company (nztrip4u), including the company's officers, employees or agents, to the advertiser or any person for the loss of damage arising directly or indirectly from any errors or inaccuracies however caused will be limited to the cost of the space of the advertisement.

2. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to advise the company of any error within three days of the advertisement going online and the company is not responsible for any unnotified errors.

3. The company accepts no responsibility for any error or inaccuracy in any advertisements placed by any telecommunications or electronic method.

4. The guarantees contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are expressly excluded where the advertiser acquires or holds itself out as acquiring goods or services from the company for the purposes of a business.

5. The advertiser, by submitting or authorising submission of an advertisement for nztrip4u, indemnifies nztrip4u Ltd form and against any proceedings, demands, costs expenses, damages, penalties, judgements or liabilities of any nature taken, made or awarded against or incurred by nztrip4u Ltd arising out of or in connection with the advertisement.

6. The advertiser warrants and declares that an advertisement's acceptance, use or online publication will not give rise to any claims or liabilities for the company, and in particular, nothing in the advertisement infringes the rights of any person, is in full or in part defamatory, is in breach of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, or is in breach of any statute, regulation or rule of law.

7. nztrip4u Ltd reserves the right to alter, abbreviate, or refuse to online publish any advertisement received, if in the company's sole opinion, it would be undesirable to publish it.

8. All advertisement created, set or online published by nztrip4u remain the property of nztrip4u Ltd.
